This mat is best for: hot yoga + sweaty workouts once damp. Requires drying time after use. 

Recommended Care: Try to use your mat with clean feet and hands, as this will prolong the life of your mat. After each practice, wipe your mat down with a mild soap and damp water cloth or mild disinfectant wipes. Air dry flat indoor or outdoors and avoid direct sunlight for drying.
