Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Estimated delivery times:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated ship date will be listed on the product page at the time of purchase.
Pre-order items will ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available.
International Shipping 🌍
We ship worldwide!
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
Brogi Yoga is not responsible for any delays caused by customs.
Order Issues & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, Brogi Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
If your tracking has not updated, it may take 1–2 business days after label creation for movement to appear.
