Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Used or rolled mats are not eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.


To start a return, you can contact us at brogan@brogiyoga.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges on unused, unrolled mats within 14 days of delivery. If you'd like to swap your mat for a different color or design, email us to start the process. Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

At Brogi Yoga, we stand behind the quality of our mats and want you to love your practice. However, due to the nature of yoga mats as personal-use, high-friction products, we have specific policies in place to ensure fairness and transparency.

Wear & Tear Disclaimer

Brogi Yoga mats are made with premium materials designed to support your practice — but like all athletic gear, they will naturally wear over time with regular use, especially with high-friction movements or exposure to moisture.

What to expect:

  • Surface changes and texture shifts are normal with use and do not indicate a defect.
  • Sweat, oils, and friction can accelerate wear — especially during hot yoga or intense flows.
  • Following our Care Instructions is essential to maintain the integrity and longevity of your mat.
  • Mats showing wear from regular use, sweat exposure, or lack of proper care are not considered defective and will not be eligible for replacement.

Defects

If you believe your mat has a manufacturing defect (e.g., separation of layers, abnormal peeling on first use), please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving it, including clear photos. We’ll do our best to assess and make it right if the issue is covered under our warranty.

Mat Care

To get the most out of your Brogi Yoga mat:

  • Always air dry fully before rolling it up.
  • Avoid prolonged sun exposure or soaking.
  • Clean with a mild soap & warm water mixture. You can wipe with a microfiber towel or sponge. Avoid harsh scrubbing. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
