Recommended Care: Try to use your mat with clean feet and hands, as this will prolong the life of your mat. The print is vibrant and stunning! The grip is great, even during really hot sessions. However, the padding is almost non-existent so I have left class with lower back aches from the lack of cushion. It is definitely not enough padding for a yoga class. Very disappointed in the functionality, but in love with the colors.

If you do mat Pilates or yoga or really any mat workout, this is such a good one! No slipping and it’s thick enough where wrists and knees don’t hurt.
