I was so excited to test out my new Brogi mat in a sweaty hot yoga class, because I’ve never ever had a non slip setup without a towel. I was skeptical for sure, and figured I would slip a little even if the grip is better! But let me tell you , I did not go anywhere! Halfway through the class I even felt my balance and form improving because I could trust the mat so much. Whatever this technology is, is truly incredible! I also took a non-heated yoga class with this mat and found the grip a tiniest bit too much, because I had to be a bit more aware of my foot form during transitions. That’s probably going to improve my practice and strength in my feet tho. I’ve been using the same mat for many many years but now I am officially a Brogi Yogi!
